Hr manager

Payroll and Benefits Administration

Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plan.
HR Policy and Producer Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as labor laws and regulations.
Providing guidance to employees on HR – related matters.
Employee Reactions:

Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related queries a d concerns.
Assisting with employee relations matters such as resolving disputes and addressing issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends and patterns
Preparing reports on HR related metrics, such as employee turnover and absenteeism.
Other Administrative Tasks:

Preparing and managing HR documents, such as contracts and policies.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Preparing and managing onboarding materials and paperwork.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,181.79 – ₹30,000.00 per month
