HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, training, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Manage employee relations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Drive performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Identify training and development needs; coordinate relevant programs.
Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems.
Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Prepare reports and analytics for senior leadership.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,229.23 – ₹30,000.00 per month
