Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our client’s team. The role involves identifying and sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database for effective follow-ups.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
Requirements

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment will be preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
