Job Location: Remote

Experiance Required: 0 to 2 years ( Fresher can apply)

Working time : Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 7:30 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR IT Recruiter to join our team. The HR IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to fill positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling IT positions.

· Role Requirements: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top IT talent

· Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events

· Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidate fit for the position and company culture

· Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding

· Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes

· Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive employer of choice for IT talent

· Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes and strategies

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

· 1-2 years of experience in IT and Non IT recruitment

· Knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Passionate about technology and knowledgeable about current trends in IT

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
