Role & Responsibilities
–Should handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT.
–Should have hands-on experience in job Portals (Naukri and Monster) and Social Media.
–Referencing and headhunting are one of the major features of the job.
–Search and identify high-quality profiles.
–Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation.
–Screening the candidates with telephonic interviews for their responsibilities and communication skills.
–Evaluate candidates against the requirements to ensure a suitable match.
–Shortlisting scheduling of candidates for technical interviews.
–Follow up on candidates from Interviews to their joining.
–Regular Interaction with candidates pre and post-joining.
–Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
–2-5 years experience.
–Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter from a consultancy background.
–Experience with sourcing techniques.
–Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,521.24 per month
