HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced HR Executive/Manager with a strong background in IT consulting and outsourcing. The role involves end-to-end staffing coordination, rate card negotiation with IT clients, and handling payroll and compliance for outsourced employees. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in HR roles at consulting or staffing firms, deploying candidates to client locations and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Candidate Outsourcing & Deployment

Source and deploy suitable IT candidates to various client companies.

Maintain bench candidate availability and proactively match profiles with client requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management

Act as the point of contact for multiple IT clients regarding staffing needs.

Maintain strong relationships with client HR and procurement teams.
Ensure smooth communication and compliance between candidates and clients.
Rate Card & Contract Negotiations

Lead or support discussions on rate cards and commercial terms for different IT skill sets.

Prepare and submit proposals to clients as per market benchmarks.
Track profitability and ensure optimal billing margins.
Payroll, Contracts & Compliance

Manage monthly payroll for deployed/outsourced candidates.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of salaries, invoices, and reimbursements.
Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.
Draft and manage employment contracts, extension letters, and relieving formalities.
Vendor and Internal Coordination

Coordinate with internal recruiters, vendors, and delivery managers.

Maintain accurate databases of client requirements, deployed resources, and contracts.
Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in IT staffing/consulting environments.

Knowledge of rate card models, margins, and billing cycles.
Hands-on experience in candidate deployment, onboarding, and payroll.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,281.43 – ₹32,862.91 per month
