HR Recruiter
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. They manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Create and post job descriptions: Craft compelling job postings and disseminate them across various platforms.
Source candidates: Utilize various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews: Evaluate applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews: Manage the interview process, including scheduling and logistics.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS): Manage candidate records and ensure data accuracy within the ATS.
Communicate offers and manage negotiations: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
Track and analyze hiring metrics: Monitor key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to improve recruitment strategies.
Enhance employer branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice.
Ensure an inclusive and bias-free hiring process: Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
