HR Head – Gobo is Hiring Now!

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We at Gobo Labs (www.gobolabs.in) are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive employee engagement, compliance, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Oversee recruitment and manpower planning, ensuring cost-efficient and quality hiring.
•⁠ ⁠Manage payroll, compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and HRMS operations.
•⁠ ⁠Design and implement performance reviews, KPIs, and incentive programs.
•⁠ ⁠Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and wellbeing initiatives.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct training & development sessions to enhance hard/soft skills.
•⁠ ⁠Handle grievance management, exit processes, and full & final settlements.
•⁠ ⁠Act as the communication bridge between management and employees.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure culture integration and a unified workplace across teams.
