Human Resources Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, process coordination, and administrative HR tasks. This role is best suited for individuals with a strong passion for people management and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Glassdoor, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Candidate Evaluation & Interview Coordination
Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interview logistics, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Job Description Development & Advertising
Collaborate with hiring managers to draft compelling, role-specific job descriptions.
Post and manage job ads across multiple channels to optimize visibility and reach.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Monitor recruitment stages, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Analyze metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and reduce time-to-hire.
Offer Management & Pre-Onboarding Support
Assist in the preparation of offer letters and facilitate offer negotiations within approved frameworks.
Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Campus Hiring & Recruitment Events
Represent the organization at career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events.
Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up to attract top emerging talent.
Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
Support internal programs focused on employee wellness, recognition, and team-building.
Help design and implement events that reinforce a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
HR Coordination & Internal Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR-related tasks and deadlines.
Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership on recruitment and engagement activities.

Pay: ₹28,098.00 – ₹65,843.00 per month
