???? We’re Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager – HR | Restaurant Industry ????

At Bake & Brew Pvt. Ltd., the master franchise for Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ) in India, we’re building more than just restaurants – we’re creating spaces where good food meets great experiences.

We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional who can help us scale our people-first culture as we grow across India.
???? Location: Mumbai
???? Industry: Premium Casual Dining / F&B

Your Role:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations & corporate roles
Implement and manage HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance
Design and execute training & development initiatives
Ensure high employee engagement and retention in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

3–6 years of HR experience (preferably in Hospitality / F&B)
Strong recruitment skills and an eye for talent
Ability to balance empathy with performance-driven leadership
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
