We are hiring an experienced Immigration Visa Counsellor – Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This is a remote work opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in visa counselling and a proven track record of converting leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential clients from the leads provided
Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads
Clearly explain available immigration services and visa pathways
Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective counselling and follow-ups
Maintain accurate client records using MS Excel and internal CRM tools
Prepare and manage documentation using MS Word and other relevant tools
Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process
Requirements

Must be based in Punjab or Chandigarh
Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Visa Counsellor
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into clients in the immigration industry
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
