About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in the European and UK tech talent markets. You will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment for top-tier clients across the IT and Digital spectrum. This role goes beyond just sourcing—your ability to problem solve, adapt quickly, and learn continuously will directly impact our ability to deliver at pace and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified IT candidates.
Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs.
Utilize market intelligence, Boolean search, and proactive sourcing strategies to engage top tech talent across Europe and the UK.
Maintain and update ATS, pipelines, and hiring progress reports with accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate closely with the delivery team and hiring managers to align on hiring goals and improve time-to-fill metrics.
Stay on top of emerging recruitment tools, platforms, and trends in the EU and UK tech hiring landscape.
What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills

4+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in the EU and UK markets (in-house, RPO, or agency).
Deep understanding of tech stacks, IT job roles, and industry hiring dynamics.
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must; other European languages are a plus.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
