USA Fashion Brand is seeking a motivated and proactive IT Recruiter with 1-2 year of experience in recruitment, especially in headhunting passive candidates for the Bangalore location.
Just so you know, it’s an On-site job and we are not hiring fresher.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand technical job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and referrals.
Actively headhunt passive candidates and engage them through compelling outreach.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:

Hands-on experience with headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
