Are you an experienced recruiter based in India with a passion for connecting top IT talent to opportunities across the U.S. market? IntellyPod is hiring a skilled IT Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the full recruitment life cycle and strong expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for U.S.-based clients and Fortune 500 companies.
Source, screen, and place candidates including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, EAD, TN, OPT, and CPT consultants.
Use job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful placements.
Market bench candidates and contribute to primary and secondary sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong professional networks with consultants and clients.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in US IT staffing, located in India.
Deep knowledge of the full recruiting cycle and U.S. visa categories.
Proficient in using multiple ATS platforms and sourcing channels.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
