Manager Accounts, HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Bank Statement Updation:
Regularly update and reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
Coordination with External Accountants:
Work closely with external accountants to manage financial reporting, TDS, and GST filings.
TDS Filing Data Management:
Manage and maintain accurate data for TDS filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
GST Filing Data Management :
Oversee the management and organization of data required for GST filings.
Cashflow Reporting and Management :
Prepare and manage monthly cash flow reports, ensuring financial transparency and accuracy.
Client Invoice Management :
Handle the preparation, sharing, and follow-up of invoices with clients.
Vendor Invoice Management:
Handle the vendor payments invoicing process.
Banking Coordination:
Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions and ensure smooth operations.
Salary Calculations & Payments:
Oversee the calculation of salaries and ensure timely payments to employees.
Financial Policies and SOPs:
Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Salary & Payments Queries:
Address and resolve queries related to salaries and payments, ensuring employee satisfaction.
Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliation of payments and bank statements to ensure accurate financial records.
Petty Cash Management:
Manage petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
Human Resources:
Recruitment, Onboarding & Exit Management:
Lead the recruitment process, ensure effective onboarding of new employees and facilitate exit management on service completion.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, contribution management, and policy implementation.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance review process and implement employee development programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs
Administration:
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance contracts.
Facilities Management:
Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations and manage any renovations or relocations.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and manage office inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and available when needed.
Other:
MIS Reporting:
Creating MIS reports using excel or any other relevant tool for various departments within the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in a similar role managing HR, Admin, and Accounts functions.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and financial management principles.
Proficiency in managing accounting software and HRMS systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
