Multichannel Sales Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented eCommerce Sales Operations Executive to overseeour Shopify store and manage sales across multiple channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplaces, andoffline events. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless end-to-end order processing, inventorycoordination, and customer experience.You will act as the operational backbone of our digital commerce efforts — from managing product listings toensuring on-time fulfilment and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify backend: product listings, pricing, discounts, orders, and inventory.
Coordinate order fulfillment: ensure timely packing, shipping, and tracking updates.
Handle multichannel sales from WhatsApp, Instagram, marketplaces, or pop-up events.
Actively drive sales across all channels—online and offline—by engaging with customers, managinginquiries, and converting leads.
Monitor and sync inventory across platforms.
Ensure customer service: respond to basic order queries and delivery follow-ups.
Generate and share weekly reports on sales, returns, and fulfillment performance.
Support in launching new products and campaigns.
Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of tools like Zoho, Unicommerce is an advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to follow through on tasks.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Design familiarity (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Operations (MBA is a plus)
Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹850,000.00 per year
