Office Administration Assistant
Job brief
We are looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible to oversee the management
of facilities for the company ensuring adequate support for the overall business and operations
of the company thus ensuring smooth running of office activities and contribute to driving
sustainable growth of business. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working
with little supervision.
Responsibilities
1. Vendor management
2. Inventory management of Office supplies and Operation materials
3. Support budgeting and record keeping procedures.
4. Physical and digital documents management
5. Supervision and delegation of tasks
6. Managing travel and logistics
7. Managing agenda, schedule and travel requirements for senior management.
Requirements and skills
Qualification : Graduate in Any discipline
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Core Skills : – Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
(researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
– Understanding of supply chain procedures
– Solid analytical and decision-making skills
– Experience in Energy / Infrastructure sector is a plus.
Technical Skills : Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Other Skills : – Good in spoken and written communication
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
