Job Description:

As a Backend Operations Executive at Compliance Mentorz, your role is crucial to our operations, particularly during the night shift. You will be responsible for auditing, report creation and validation, and ensuring the smooth operation of backend processes. Proficiency in auditing, the ability to create and validate reports, fluency in English, and confidence in making calls are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing and Quality Assurance:Conduct meticulous audits of compliance data and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Identify discrepancies and anomalies, and take corrective actions as necessary.

Report Generation:Create, validate, and format reports related to compliance activities, risk assessments, and safety measures.

Ensure that reports are clear, accurate, and meet established standards.

Data Management:Efficiently manage and maintain critical data related to client projects and compliance activities.

Organize and safeguard data to ensure accessibility and accuracy.

Backend Support:Provide comprehensive support to consultants and the operations team by generating reports and assisting with documentation.

Collaborate with the team to facilitate the smooth execution of compliance projects.

Client Communication:Communicate with clients effectively in English during the night shift to provide data, reports, and updates.

Address client inquiries or requests promptly and professionally.

Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to clients as required, maintaining professionalism and confidence in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in backend operations, auditing, and report generation, ideally within the compliance or risk management sector.

Strong auditing skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in creating and validating reports.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confidence and professionalism in making outbound calls.

Strong data management and organizational abilities.

Willingness to work during the night shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
