We are hiring an Operations Executive

Job Type: Full Time – Work from Office

Job Description

The below functions would be performed by the employee:

· Managing data of client portfolios.

· Trade monitoring.

· Assistance in account opening.

· Interacting with the founders for improvisation in processes.

· Collecting pertinent client information to provide investment options that align with clients’ financial situations.

· Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.

· Developing knowledge about investments in the equity markets.

Prerequisites:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Proficiency in Canva/Illustrator would be an added advantage.

· Past Experience of equity markets would be beneficial.

Candidate is expected to have the motivation to work sincerely and give optimum output.
