Position: Rapport Building Specialist

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (2+ Years)

What You’ll Do:

Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal team members and other stakeholders (“Orbiters”).
Listen actively to understand concerns and offer support through meaningful conversations.
Provide accurate and relevant information that helps others take informed action.
Address engagement or performance issues with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed records of communications, challenges, and resolutions.
Keep databases updated and prepare structured reports.
Contribute towards organizational goals and milestones through consistent follow-ups and interactions.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in client interaction, relationship management, or similar roles.
At least 6 months of experience using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
Excellent verbal communication – calm, clear, and confident.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, HR, or community-building is a bonus.
Ability to stay organized, follow up effectively, and handle multiple conversations with care.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
