Operations manager

The job is with a chain of veterinary clinics/hospitals Job responsibilities include the following:

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee stock efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine data and use it to improve profitability and new business development
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and establish SOP’s where required
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Requirements and skillsets:

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in healthcare or the veterinary industry
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Good communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organisational skills
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
