Job Title : Placements Officer.

Department : Industry Relations & Placements. (IRP)

Job Overview

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters across sectors relevant to Data Science, Business Analytics, and emerging tech-driven business roles.

Identify and secure job opportunities that align with the technical and managerial skillsets of our Engineering/Management/Sciences background students.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Career Counseling: Provide guidance and career counseling to students or job seekers, helping them identify their skills, interests, and career goals.
Networking Events: Organize job fairs, networking events, and industry-specific workshops to connect candidates with potential employers
Job Placement: Facilitate job placements by matching candidates with suitable job openings based on their qualifications and preferences
Resume and Interview Preparation: Assist candidates in preparing resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques to enhance their chances of securing a job
Internship and Training Opportunities: Identify and promote internship and training opportunities for students and job seekers to gain practical experience
Education Qualification:

Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 3-6 years of experience in Placements.
Proficiency with computer and related software applications
Job Location: Guntur Vaddeswaram

Pay Scale: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
