Job Title: Proposals and Contracts Engineer

Location: Bengaluru (Office-based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Preparation:
· Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for offshore geotechnical engineering projects.

· Review client requirements, tender documents, and specifications to develop tailored solutions.

· Ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.

Contract Management:
· Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms.

Client Interaction:
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal and contract stages.

· Address client queries and provide clarifications promptly.

Market Focus:
· Specialize in projects across the Middle East, including KSA, UAE, and other regions.

· Stay updated on regional market trends, regulations, and client expectations.

Coordination and Reporting:
· Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, and operations) to gather necessary inputs for proposals.

· Prepare periodic reports on proposal and contract activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in proposals and contracts, preferably in offshore geotechnical engineering.

Technical Knowledge:

· Strong understanding of offshore geotechnical engineering principles.

· Familiarity with industry standards and practices in the Middle East.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Software Proficiency: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with engineering or proposal management software is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills (Hindi speaking mandatory). Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

· Experience working on projects in the Middle East (KSA, UAE, etc.).

· Knowledge of regional regulations and client expectations.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently from the India office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
