QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products/services meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves overseeing the entire quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards.

– Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

– Analyze quality data and provide reports to management.

– Identify and address potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.

– Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

– Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

– Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

– Minimum of 6 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in Construction.

– Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹67,348.68 – ₹81,108.09 per year
