Receptionist/Administrator
We are seeking a smart, organized, and friendly Receptionist cum Admin Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities and support the administration department in day-to-day operations.
Reception Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Handle courier and mail (inward and outward).
Maintain the visitor register and ensure visitor protocols are followed.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support
Maintain and update company records and documentation.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of office premises.
Support HR/admin team in organizing office events, travel bookings, etc.
Manage petty cash and maintain records of office expenses.
Handle basic data entry, scanning, and filing of documents.
Ensure ID cards, stationery, and other admin materials are issued timely.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
