About the Role:
We’re hiring a confident and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment and client-facing teams. This role requires strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. You’ll be the key point of contact between recruiters and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process end-to-end.
If you have at least one year of experience in recruitment and enjoy handling communication, coordination, and client engagement—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate between recruiters and clients regarding open positions and hiring updates
· Communicate offer details, feedback, and follow-ups professionally
· Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
· Schedule interviews and follow up on joining formalities
· Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment and client teams
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong follow-up and client coordination ability
· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and email writing
· Confident, sharp-minded, and highly organized
· Comfortable working remotely
· Females preferred
· Immediate joiners only
