Recruiter

Constellation is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our team and help build a talented, and engaged team that aligns with our company culture and goals. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from team planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding. This individual will act as a team ambassador for Constellation, representing the company to candidates, stakeholders, and external partners in a professional and consistent manner. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with project managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of the positions.

The Recruiter will:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.
Collaborate with project managers and department heads to forecast and understand hiring needs.
Draft, post, and manage position advertisements across various platforms.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using structured techniques.
Proficient in sourcing using Indeed platform and other similar.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interviewers.
Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and internal hiring policies.
Provide timely reporting and analytics on recruitment KPIs.
Represent Constellation Inc. in relevant platforms and interviews with professionalism and enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience, background, and credentials:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 5-6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or project-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Professional demeanour and strong organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Work Environment: Fully remote with flexible working hours
Support: Access to necessary systems, collaboration tools, and ongoing team engagement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
