Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients for IT staffing services
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Consistently meet daily and monthly performance targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
