Full job description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Recruiter to join our Last Mile Operations team in Mumbai. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of Wish Masters (WMs), ensuring timely and quality onboarding, achieving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) hiring targets, and supporting retention initiatives. This role also involves managing on-ground challenges faced by WMs and maintaining strong coordination with multiple stakeholders across hubs and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & Onboarding:
Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to recruit Wish Masters across multiple hubs in Mumbai.
Build and manage a network of sourcing channels such as local vendors, referral partners, walk-in centers, community outreach, and digital sourcing.
Ensure 100% compliance in documentation and background verification as per policy.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and Day 1 readiness of WMs.
Performance Tracking & AOP Achievement:
Track daily/weekly/monthly hiring metrics against targets and share timely reports.
Align recruitment efforts with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) goals and forecast manpower needs for peak and lean seasons.
Attrition Management:
Analyze exit trends, collect feedback from WMs, and implement ground-level retention initiatives.
Promote referral programs, incentives, and engagement activities to reduce churn.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with Hub Managers, Ops Team, and HR Partners to forecast manpower, track WM performance, and address grievances.
Act as a bridge between WMs and management to resolve field-level operational challenges.
Ground Support & Escalation Handling:
Regularly visit hubs and delivery stations to maintain field presence.
Actively resolve daily issues related to shift timing, payments, attendance, and infrastructure impacting WM morale.
Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in HR is a plus.
2–5 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or staffing agencies.
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hubs and a large blue-collar workforce.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive field travel within Mumbai.
Preferred Attributes:

Passionate about working on-ground and solving real-time workforce challenges.
Familiarity with delivery/logistics ecosystem is an added advantage.
Conversant in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
