Role Overview

We are looking for a District Sales Manager to drive adoption of our digital education and skill-based learning solutions across schools in the assigned district.

The ideal candidate will have:

Mandatory prior experience in selling to schools
Strong relationships with school owners, principals, trustees, and decision-makers
A proven ability to grow sales and manage school accounts within a territory
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for schools within the district.
Promote and sell premium digital and skill-based learning solutions to schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and administrators.
Identify and onboard local partners/channel distributors where applicable.
Work with product and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine approach.
Mandatory Requirement

3–5 years of proven experience in selling education-related solutions or services directly to schools.
Strong goodwill and established connections with school decision-makers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per month
