School outreach manager

Responsibilities:

 Explain the product and program distinguishing features to prospective schools/college

and their principals through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

 Calling/sending proposal emails to schools/colleges to engage and participate in different

activities like CareerAssessment Test,Career Counselling Sessions, Workshops, etc.to

generate leads from schools/colleges.

 Provide strategic direction andthinking to all School/College outreach-related activities.

 Oversee leadgeneration, management, tele-calling, andconversion management.

 Provide direction to the team and resolve anyissues that mayarise.

 Ensure thatthe overall target of the teamis met on time.

 Create the team’s structure andstaffreporting mechanisms, as well as oversee their function.

 Provide training to new employees.

 Overlook the maintenance of the Outreachdatabase.

 Prepare an outreachreportwith relevant metrics.

 Strategic planning andimplementation of outreachin line with the larger goals of the

organization.

 Participate in educational events,educational fairs, information sessions, and seminars as

are presentative of the organization.

 Form and nurture new alliances with external consultants and other relevant stakeholders to

promote the organization and develop strategic plans for attracting new schools/college

 Collaborate with the Marketing and communications team to plan promotional materials andevents

such as brochures, webinars, campus tours, etc.

 Regular Feedbackon leads generatedby the sales team.

 Manage effective relationships with schools/colleges for future events andengagements.

RequiredQualification:

 Undergraduate/Postgraduatedegree from a reputable university in India or abroad.

 A minimum of 2+ years ofsales/ outreachexperience with schools/colleges in India is required.

 Provenwork experience as a team leader or supervisor.

 Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, aswell as a strongcommand of the

language.

 Hands-onexperience with MSOffice/ Google Workspace.
