Job Summary:

Skytech Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of Counselling Sales Manager at our Ghatkopar and Thane centres in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or academic counselling and a passion for guiding students toward aviation careers.

Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding aviation training programs
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into admissions
Achieve monthly targets for admissions and revenue
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Provide a high-quality counselling experience to students and parents
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counselling, or education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and performance-driven
Experience in aviation, education, or training sector is an advantage
Must be willing to work in a target-based environment
Immediate joiners preferred
