Senior Admission Counsellor – Career Counselling Program

About the job

Admission Counsellor will be responsible for building relationships with potential parents and converting them into paying customers for career counselling.

Responsibilities:

Cold call and qualify potential leads from a designated target audience.
Understand parents needs and advise the benefits of The Education Match career counselling.
Deliver impactful sales presentations, highlighting the value and benefits of The Education Match career counselling.
Negotiate effectively and address customer concerns to secure enrolments.
Build strong relationships with potential customers and nurture leads for future conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and progress of individual and team targets.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle for assigned leads, including initiating contact, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, and nurturing post-sales relationships
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
Ability to identify and overcome objections confidently.
Time-management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve success.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for reporting.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Minimum 120 minutes of talk time over calls per day.
Conduct 2-3 virtual sessions (VCs) per day, each lasting at least 45 minutes.
Connect with a minimum of 40% of your leads each day i.e., a minimum of 4 to 5 dials on every lead.
Consistently meeting and exceeding weekly revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
