Job Description:
We are seeking a HR Executive who will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions. You will work closely with the Co-Founders and other departments to create a positive and productive work environment that supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Employee On-boarding:
Facilitate a seamless on-boarding process for new hires.

Conduct orientation programs to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and values.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.

Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers.

HR Administration:
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and employee data. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles.
Executive.

Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
