Key Responsibilities:

Service Strategy and Planning:
Developing and implementing service strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals. This includes identifying new service opportunities, expanding service offerings, and optimizing existing service processes.

Service Team Management:
Leading and managing a team of service professionals, including field service engineers, technicians, and support staff. This involves hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating performance.

Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s service offerings and addressing any issues promptly.

Service Delivery:
Ensuring the timely and effective delivery of service, whether it’s on-site maintenance, remote support, or product upgrades.

Service Quality and Compliance:
Maintaining high standards of service quality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Service Revenue Generation:
Driving service revenue by identifying new service opportunities, developing new service packages, and managing service contracts.

Cost Optimization:
Managing service costs effectively, including reducing expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and improving service efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitoring service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on key service metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
A strong understanding of the company’s products, manufacturing processes, and service offerings.

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of fabrication & machine shop
Leadership and Management:
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, motivate employees, and drive results.

Customer Relationship Management:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Ability to identify and solve technical problems, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

8-10 Years of Work Experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
