Site and billing engineer

Job Title: Billing Engineer
Reports to: Project Manager
Location: Vile Parle
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage and prepare payment applications, invoices, and other commercial documents for our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients, as well as maintaining up-to-date records of project financials.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and submit payment applications, invoices, and other commercial documents
– Review and verify contractor/subcontractor invoices and payment requests
– Manage and maintain accurate records of project financials, including costs, payments, and variations
– Collaborate with project team members to ensure accurate and timely billing
– Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
– Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies
– Prepare reports and forecasts on project financials as required

Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
– Minimum [X] years of experience in billing, commercial management, or related field in construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction contracts, billing practices, and commercial management
– Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working on similar projects (e.g. building, infrastructure, etc.)
– Knowledge of construction software and tools (e.g. Autodesk, Primavera, etc.)
– Certification in quality management, safety management, or other relevant areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
