Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Sourcing Specialist with proven expertise in headhunting top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Dripify, Naukri Resdex, and Boolean Search techniques. You should be highly skilled in cold outreach, candidate engagement, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment and has a knack for identifying high-potential candidates across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Dripify, Naukri Resdex, and other sourcing tools.

· Execute advanced Boolean search techniques to identify ideal candidate profiles.

· Craft and execute personalized cold outreach campaigns to drive candidate interest.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple domains.

· Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and target profiles.

· Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to determine fit.

· Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.

· Continuously optimize sourcing strategies and experiment with new tools or methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent research roles.

· Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, Dripify, Naukri Resdex, and Boolean/X-Ray search.

· Strong command of cold outreach strategies and email automation tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in using ATS/CRM platforms.

· Ability to work independently and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.

· Creative thinker who can experiment and innovate with sourcing approaches.
