Specialist – Training, Customer Service Skills (Soft Skills)

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities: Daily Research & Communication

Record and share a daily morning podcast covering global cues, index levels, F&O data, and key technical setups.
Share daily technical calls (index & stock-specific) with the internal sales, dealing, and advisory teams.
Track open interest (OI), PCR, IV, Max Pain, VWAP and other derivatives parameters to complement technical calls
Monitor and communicate market-moving news, global events, FII/DII flows, and economic updates.
Track and highlight major corporate announcements and provide corresponding technical views.
Technical Analysis & Market Outlook

Conduct in-depth technical analysis using price action, indicators, candlestick patterns, and chart formations
Track and analyze key indices (Nifty, Bank Nifty) and top stocks for intraday, swing, and positional calls
Generate high-conviction trade ideas using technical tools: RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Supertrend, Fibonacci Retracements, etc.
Develop and backtest pair trading strategies based on co-integration, correlation, and spread behavior
Create structured options strategies including:
Bull/Bear Spreads
Straddle/Strangle
Iron Condor
Calendar Spreads
Option writing based on IVs and Greeks
Client Engagement & Support

Conduct regular webinars and one-on-one calls to provide market guidance and tactical strategies
Assist Relationship Managers, Dealers, and Advisory Teams with real-time technical views
Respond to client queries on charts, trades, and strategy explanations promptly
Interact with HNI, retail clients to explain technical setups, trades, and market direction
Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related field
NISM Research Analyst Certification preferred
2–5 years of relevant experience in technical research and client-facing roles
Exposure to social media content creation (preferred, not mandatory
