Sr Career Counselor (Overseas Education)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Study Abroad Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students to choose right programs to study in UK NZ Australia and Canada
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a client-focused approach to ensure a seamless immigration experience.

Job Role
Counsel prospective students and parents about international educational opportunities, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
Assess student profiles and provide tailored guidance on suitable universities, courses, and career prospects.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and visa processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission requirements, scholarships, and industry trends.
Follow up with students and ensure timely submission of applications and necessary documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide end-to-end support for students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Attend educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to represent the company and build partnerships.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related disciplines preferred).
1-3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of international education systems (Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc.) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
