Sr. HR Manager
Job Description
· Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
· Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely appraisals.
· Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
· Statutory Returns: File statutory returns, such as PF, ESIC, and other compliance-related documents.
· Audits: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory audits, and additionally undertake internal and external audits.
· Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
· Labour Laws: Strong knowledge of labour laws, such as the Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, and other relevant regulations.
· Labour issues: Handle labour issues at various company sites.
· Contract Management: Manage contracts with employees, vendors, and clients, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
· Skills: Excellent communication, resolving interpersonal issues.
· Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on compliance, labour laws, and HR best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Should be able to converse fluently and correspond well in English, Tamil and Hindi. Speaking knowledge of Kannada and Malayalam will be an added advantage.
· Should be computer conversant.
· Should be a Leader and be able to manage the Team.
· Should be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
