Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes, who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 positions across various IT technologies.
Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and compensation expectations.
Negotiate salaries and close candidates within the assigned budget and timelines.
Maintain candidate tracking and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate relationships.
Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and vendors.
Required Skills:

4–7 years of proven US IT recruitment experience.
Experience working in EST (night) shifts.
Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with ATS and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
