Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Remote / On-site (as per company policy)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across the United States for our clients. You should have a deep understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using various platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for various roles (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time).
Negotiate salary and rates with candidates and vendors according to client budgets and industry standards.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from identifying potential candidates to client submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure continued partnership and engagement.
Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and tools.
Mentor and assist junior recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, etc.).
Experience recruiting for roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with background check procedures and compliance processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,610.76 – ₹35,000.00 per month
