Student Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents based on leads provided.
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and benefits.
Understand the needs and interests of students to recommend suitable programs.
Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes on Spreadsheets.
Handle inquiries politely and professionally, resolving doubts and concerns.
Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to schedule appointments and close enrollments.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages (if needed).
Confidence in handling telephonic conversations with clarity and persuasion.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Prior experience in the education sector or tele sales is a plus.
Excellent Freshers profile can also be considered.
Schedule of Work
Mondays- Saturdays: 10 am -6 pm.
Place of Work- Khar West (2 min from the station)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
