Job Description

Student retention specialist

Prior experience in customer support, client relations, or academic coordination (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication skills – warm, clear, and professional.
Strong follow-up skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Comfort with using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
Passion for working with parents and understanding the needs of young learners.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.Maintain friendly, proactive communication with parents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns early.
Share regular progress updates and learning milestones to keep parents engaged.
Coordinate with the academic team for class updates and feedback sharing.
Track student attendance, engagement, and feedback to identify at-risk students.
Conduct follow-up calls/emails with parents when concerns arise or when students miss classes.
Encourage re-enrollments by highlighting student progress and future learning goals.
Address parent concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Liaise with tutors, coordinators, and support staff to resolve issues or adapt learning plans.
Recommend compensation classes or solutions when classes are missed or concerns arise.
Maintain accurate records of student engagement, dropouts, and re-enrollments.
Submit weekly retention reports with action items and observations.
Identify patterns and propose strategies to improve retention metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
