Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Student Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of selecting appropriate programs and applying for student visas to countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities and visa procedures
Assess students’ academic profiles and guide them on suitable courses, institutions, and countries
Handle student queries via in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Stay updated with visa rules and admission policies for major study destinations
Guide students in application preparation, SOP writing, financial documentation, and visa interviews
Maintain accurate records of client data and follow up regularly for application progress
Coordinate with university representatives, embassies, and external partners
Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events organized by the company
