Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Study Visa Counsellor, located on-site in Mumbai. The Study Visa Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students and professionals seeking to study or work abroad. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one consultations, assisting with visa applications, providing information on study programs, and coaching clients for language exams like IELTS & PTE. The counsellor will also liaise with educational institutions and immigration authorities, ensuring a smooth process for clients.

Qualifications

Experience in providing visa consultation and study abroad guidance
Knowledge of visa application processes and immigration regulations
Proficiency in conducting and interpreting IELTS & PTE coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
