Job Title: Adobe AEP Support Engineer (CDP & Web SDK)
Location: Bangalore, India (WFH)
Experience Required: 3 – 5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (3-Month Contract)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Support Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AEP components to ensure efficient data integration, audience management, and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for Adobe AEP, with a focus on CDP and Web SDK integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion and platform integration issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering.
Manage and configure tag implementations via Adobe Launch or similar tools.
Maintain documentation of configurations, resolutions, and best practices.
Align AEP operations with campaign and analytics objectives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in AEP or related MarTech roles.
Deep hands-on experience with AEP CDP and Web SDK.
Strong JavaScript, debugging, and browser tracking skills.
Proficient in data layer architecture and tag management tools.
Excellent communication skills; must be available to work in a hybrid setup from Bangalore.
Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certification in Adobe Experience Platform and/or CDP.
Experience working in agile environments.
Familiarity with APIs and Adobe I/O.
Background in enterprise marketing technology support.
Contract Details:

Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Compensation: Based on experience
