iCarry.in is a tech-based online courier booking platform that simplifies shipping for businesses across India. We offer the lowest shipping rates, seamless logistics solutions, and exceptional customer support to businesses all over India.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Support & Operations Executive to manage customer queries, resolve shipping-related issues, and coordinate with courier partners. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and support tickets related to courier shipments, delays, lost parcels, COD issues, and escalations.
Communicate effectively with courier partners to resolve disputes, escalations, and service disruptions.
Monitor ongoing shipments and ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of complaints, resolutions, and feedback for process improvement.
Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with shipping-related guidance.
Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with courier partners are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce operations. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Education: Graduate in any field (Preferred: Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields)
Skills:
Strong verbal & written communication (English & Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume queries efficiently.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of courier/logistics operations is a plus.
Proficiency in using ticketing systems, any CRM, and Microsoft Excel.
