Surgical Counsellor

Location:** Dr. Kamthe Piles Hospital, Kondhwa, Pune

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years

**Education:** Graduate (Any discipline)

Job Overview:

Dr. Kamthe Piles Hospital, a leading center for laser proctology, is looking for a dedicated Surgical Counsellor to support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital business development or clinical counselling and will be responsible for handling and converting leads generated from social media and old patient databases.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle incoming leads generated through social media platforms and telephonic inquiries.

● Follow up with old leads from digital campaigns and hospital database.

● Educate and counsel patients about treatment procedures, especially laser surgery for piles, fissure, and fistula.

● Assist patients in scheduling consultations and surgeries.

● Coordinate with the medical team for patient flow and surgery planning.

● Maintain a proper record of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

● Provide compassionate, clear, and accurate information to patients and their families.

● Achieve monthly conversion targets and contribute to hospital growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital business development or clinical counselling.

● Must be a graduate.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, Hindi, English).

● Confident in speaking with patients over the phone and in person.

● Strong follow-up skills and a patient-centric approach.

Working Hours:

Full-time position; hospital-based role.
Availability on weekends and extended hours as per patient appointments may be required.
