Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities of an Talent Acquisition :
· Recruitment and Selection: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; managing the hiring process.
· Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, grievances, and conflicts; ensuring a positive work environment.
· Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, developing employee development plans, and providing feedback.
· Compliance and Policy: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws; updating HR policies.
· Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
· Employee Engagement: Implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
· Benefits and Compensation: Managing compensation and benefits packages.
· Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and other administrative functions.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing new hire orientation and employee exit procedures.
· Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the HR budget.
· Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
